Dinner was goooood!!

Tonight...I fed at Mission Burrito. Not going to lie...I was craving one of these bowl things....and...some tacos. YEP. I got both. I'm a growing boy.

The bowl was tasty...fajita meat, lettuce, tomato, corn, white rice, black beans, and guacamole. Pretty nice for my tummy. NOOOWWW for the tacos. They were chicken tacos with cheese, lettuce, tomato, salsa, and guacamole.

Not going to lie - - not too thrilled about these. Chicken was kind of boring. Didn't bring anything to the party. So for the future...NO MORE CHICKEN TACOS!!

Meet Summer...

This happens to be our other dog...he's a rescue as well. My girlfriend's mom caught two guys trying to put him in the backyard of an abandoned house...in the middle of July....in Houston.

Dog would have died for sure with no water or food. That's some fucked up shit if you ask me. SOOOOO...we volunteered to take him home. He had a serious skin problem - - so $260 dollars later - he became a permanent guest. SMH

Now look at him. Living the life.

Just Got Home...

HOLY CRAP BALLS. I just got home from the midnight showing of THE HOBBIT: AN UNEXPECTED JOURNEY. If for some reason you're still on the fence with this one...I'm pushing you over THAT fence...you need to watch it.

If anyone knows where I can get a Giant Eagle. Let a brotha know. (lol) 

Not only did I have my wireless card and iPad for the event...I ate 5 of these little beef sliders. I love these things. If you're ever at Star Cinema Grill - try them out!

It was Boston Market tonight!

Tonight was the night...after doing a few errands with my girlfriend...we decided we needed some grub. What was around us? Boston Market. I normally get the turkey, mashed potatoes, and corn. But I decided to be adventurous...yep. I changed it up. I decided to go with the chicken pot pie. I'm not sure if it's a NEW item...but it was new to me. (lol)

The combo's a simple meal...chicken pot pie and cornbread. I actually didn't think it was gonna be enough...so I got me a side of mashed potatoes, green beans, and extra cornbread. BOY...was I wrong. (lol) The pot pie is pretty large. Next time...I'm just getting that.

I know what you're thinking. How was it? It was good. Better than I expected.The top layer of the crust was just right. Nice, buttery and flakey. I was a little disappointed with something though...the crust UNDER the goods. As a kid - I remember my pot pie's with a crust on top and bottom. Not this one. WTF?!

Maybe they'll fix that.

As for my gal...she wasn't as happy. (lol)

I got my tickets today people. Dj Wicked and I are attending the midnight showing of THE HOBBIT: AN UNEXPECTED JOURNEY at Star Cinema Grill in Missouri City.

I'm soooooooo stoked for this movie. I can't wait. Hmmmmmmm....what are going to eat? I know Wicked's happy...he gets food and DRINKS! 2 hours and 49 minutes of awesome-ness!!

HOLY CRAP BALLS!! The newest trailer for the MAN OF STEEL. Visually...this looks awesome!! Cast looks great. Did you see who's in it? The sexy Amy Adams, the beautiful Diane Lane, Russel Crowe and Kevin Costner! Oh yeah...there's some talent in this one.

Not, I'm not sure how ya'll feel...but I'm a fan of director Zach Snyder...THE WATCHMEN...300 and even LEGENDS OF THE GUARDIANS: THE OWLS OF GA'HOOLE! (I loved that owl movie)...so...I have faith in Zach. I sure do.
